At Sharp Gift And Event Store, we provide two delivery options for our customers: Royal Mail 24 (Express) and Royal Mail 48. Please note that Royal Mail 24 is an expedited service and incurs an additional charge of £2.50 at checkout.


We take great care to ensure that our products are dispatched in excellent condition. There may be instances beyond our control where damage during transit or incorrect personalisation may result in your item being delivered in an unsatisfactory state.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, or if there is an issue with the personalisation or design of your item, please contact us at sharpgiftandeventstore@gmail.com. We will investigate the matter and respond to you promptly. To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please provide as much information as possible in your email, including your name, email address, order number, details of the problem, and a photograph of the fault.

Please note: We may require photographic evidence before processing your claim if a photo is not provided.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds on personalised items.

At Sharp Gift And Event Store, we regret to inform you that all personalised items are non-returnable. Depending on the circumstances, we may consider accepting returns for these items upon request. Please contact us at sharpgiftandeventstore@gmail.com if you have any queries or concerns regarding the return of personalised items.


Please be advised that it may take up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. Once the refund has been processed, it may take 2-5 working days for the credit to appear in your bank account. As a result of Brexit and tax regulations, we are currently only able to offer shipping within the UK and Ireland. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Standard Delivery Method – Royal Mail 48HR & 24HR When you choose Standard Delivery for your order, we will despatch it according to the lead times specified in the product descriptions. Your order will then be delivered via Royal Mail 48HR or Royal Mail 24HR, depending on the service you selected during checkout.

Lost Items via Royal Mail:

Please note that if you believe your order was lost in transit via Royal Mail, you should be aware of Royal Mail’s policy regarding lost items. Typically, Royal Mail considers an item as lost if it has not been delivered within 7 days from its expected delivery date.

In such cases, we will assist you in initiating a claim with Royal Mail for the lost item. Once the claim is approved and we receive compensation from Royal Mail, we will provide you with either a refund or a replacement item, as per your preference.
